These terms govern use of Churchily™. By creating an account and requesting access, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with your church's policies.

Account & access

Creating an account does not grant access. A valid Church Code is required, and access must be reviewed and approved by your church administrator.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for legitimate ministry purposes and to protect the confidentiality of member data you are authorized to view.

Roles & responsibilities

Roles and scopes are assigned by authorized administrators. You are responsible for actions taken under your account.

Availability

We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, but the service is provided on an as-available basis.

Changes

These terms and required agreements may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the current version.
